D.C. ranks among the worst cities to drive, according to Forbes
Forbes recently released a list of the best and worst cities to drive in the United States, and unfortunately, Washington D.C. found itself near the bottom of the rankings. The nation’s capital was ranked as the 11th worst city to drive in, out of a total of 25 cities included in the list.
The rankings were based on a variety of factors, including traffic congestion, gas prices, and average speeds. Washington D.C. scored poorly in all of these categories, contributing to its low ranking on the list.
According to Forbes, the worst city to drive in is Los Angeles, followed by Philadelphia and San Francisco. On the other hand, Raleigh, North Carolina was ranked as the best city to drive in.
For residents of Washington D.C., the news may not come as a shock. The city is known for its heavy traffic congestion and high gas prices, making it a challenging place for drivers to navigate.
While there may not be an immediate solution to the city’s driving woes, hopefully, this ranking will serve as a wake-up call for officials to consider ways to improve the driving experience for residents and visitors alike.
